n12development hired Kate Tallent Design (KTD) to create a new logo and identity system, design a new web site and write the copy for it. The KTD team worked closely with the client, a real estate development company, to develop a complete communications strategy that included logo design; information architecture; web site copy, design and development; and an email campaign to announce new projects.

Founded in 1999, n12development seeks and maintains residential and commercial development projects in up-and-coming Washington, DC, neighborhoods. Teaming with top partners in the field, n12development works with existing buildings and sites to develop and strengthen community infrastructures.
