Kate Tallent Design (KTD) created a recruitment poster for America's most prestigious program for leadership and public service. Working with nationally recognized illustrator Eric Westbrook, Kate Tallent Design crafted the recruitment poster for the esteemed White House Fellowships.

Since 1964, the White House Fellowships have offered outstanding young Americans the opportunity to participate in the day-to-day business of governing the nation. After a highly competitive selection process, 11 to 19 men and women are chosen to serve for a year as White House Fellows. Former Secretary of State Colin Powell was a 1972-73 Fellow.
