Kate Tallent Design (KTD) in 2005 designed an entire communications package that included a new logo, stationery, email newsletters and a web site for this community-based real estate company. KTD also provided the site architecture and text for the new web site.

Founded in 1999, n12development seeks and maintains residential and commercial development projects in up-and-coming Washington, DC, neighborhoods. Teaming with top partners in the field, n12development works with existing buildings and sites to develop and strengthen community infrastructures.
